Respiratory muscle strength and dyspnea after lobectomy via video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery or thoracotomy for lung cancer
Conclusions: We found that VATS lobectomy may be more beneficial than PLT in the early postoperative recovery of inspiratory muscle strength and dyspnea for patients with NSCLC undergoing PR.
