Different inhaled corticosteroids altered lung microbiome and regulating the expression of PAF receptor as well as the phagocytosis function of macrophage
Conclusions: Our study demonstrated all ICS-treated mice reduce airway inflammation. Different ICS selected different lung microbiome, though they had similar influences on phagocytosis function of macrophage and the PAFr expression.
