Compliance with chronic noninvasive ventilation: key factors for a successful therapy

Background: Over the last years, the use of chronic noninvasive ventilation (NIV) has increased. However, compliance rates with this therapy vary and factors influencing compliance still remain unclear.Aim: The aim of is this study was to investigate which factors influence compliance to NIV.Method: Data was retrospectively collected from adults initiated on chronic NIV (Jan ‘15 - May ‘17).
