Safety and pharmacokinetics of nintedanib plus sildenafil in the INSTAGE trial

Conclusions: In the INSTAGE trial, gastrointestinal adverse events were generally more frequent in nintedanib-naïve patients than in those who had previously received nintedanib. Plasma concentrations of nintedanib were similar when it was administered alone or with sildenafil.
