Non-invasive ventilation and endothelial function in acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients
Conclusion: NIV application improves endothelial function in patients with AECOPD. Improvement of arterial oxygen saturation and hypoxemia may influence the endothelium response, which should be investigated in future studies.
