Surgical management of pulmonary aspergillome: about 84 cases

Conclusion: Despite the advent of new medical treatments, surgery is still a standard in the management of pulmonary aspergilloma. Postoperative outcomes are highly influenced by the patient’s status and the complexity of the surgery. Intraoperative difficulties have to be kept in mind during management and the patient should be well prepared before surgery.
