Neoadjuvant chemotherapy for NSCLC, lung function and surgical therapy - which is their connection?
Conclusions: NACT leads to significant decrease in DLCOcSB and DLCOcSB/VA, but does not increase incidence of postoperative complications. NACT has acceptable lung toxicity for surgically treated patients.
