NIHR Signal: Planned earlier delivery for late pre-eclampsia may be better for mothers

Expert commentary is provided for an RCT (n=448) which found that babies born in the planned delivery arm were born on average 5 days earlier, but that death, or neonatal unit admission was higher in planned delivery vs expectant management (RR 1.26, 95% CI 1.08-1.47).
