Plan selection in proton therapy of locally advanced prostate cancer with simultaneous treatment of multiple targets

This study presented a method of plan selection in IMPT to address the challenge of delivering treatment to the prostate and the pelvic lymph nodes, with different motion patterns. The plan library used different positions of the prostate created from a population model of day-to-day target motion. Plan selection from this library reduced the dose to the rectum and bladder without compromising target coverage compared to conventional static delivery.

CONCLUSIONS This study was based on pharmacological networks results for the prediction of the multi-constituent, multi-target, and multi-pathway mechanisms of CKI, which might be a promising potential therapeutic and prevention candidate for anti-cancer. CONCLUSIONS: This report confirms that the high-dose regions in the bladder and rectum are more significant predictors of late toxicity and QOL after prostate SABR compared to low-dose regions. Conclusions68Ga-RM2 has been mostly evaluated for PC detection, but it can be used for other tumors overexpressing GRPR such as breast cancer.
