The end of the plaster cast? Start-up creates a waterproof and mesh-like alternative

Cast21, based in Chicago, created the futuristic cast. The mesh sleeve is put on a patient and filled with liquid which hardens. It's breathable, waterproof, and easier to remove than traditional casts.
