AbstractBackgroundParaneoplastic syndromes (PNS) are autoimmune disorders specifically associated with cancer. There are few data on anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy in patients with a PNS. We examined publication bias and excess significance bias. 63 articles corresponding to 247 meta-analyses were eligible. CONCLUSION: irPR features are consistent across tumor types and treatment settings. Standardized, pan-tumor immune-mediated pathologic response criteria (irPRC) are defined and associated specimen-handling considerations are described.
