Check on your doctor before check-up

Back-of-the-envelope calculations show that about 1 out of every 5 doctors passing out each year could be those who bought seats in medical colleges.    The huge amount of money which politicians can make out of capitation fees and management quotas has led to an explosion of medical diploma mills ( who are allowed to call themselves medical colleges) which churn out doctors who are poorly trained and poorly qualified.
