Identifying arrhythmogenic sites to improve ventricular tachycardia (VT) ablation outcomes remains unresolved. The re-entry vulnerability index (RVI) combines activation and repolarization timings to identify sites critical for re-entrant arrhythmia initiation without inducing VT.

In this study, ECGs were evaluated before and after the usage of salbutamol and ipratropium bromide. Patients were evaluated before and after 4 weeks of treatment :1) salbutamol, 90 mcg 1 puffs every 4 hours 2) Ipratropium Bromide, 34 mcg 2 puffs every 6 hours. ECGs performed pre-treatment and at 4th Week. Conclusions: Episodes of malignant arrhythmias are frequent in patients with OSA and systolic ventricular dysfunction. Although it is not possible to identify risk factors for the development of these events, its intensity depend on the systemic inflammatory level determined by IL2 and C-reactive protein.
