Disease Activity Influences Cardiovascular Risk Reclassification Based on Carotid Ultrasound in Patients with Psoriatic Arthritis.
CONCLUSION: PsA patients are more frequently reclassified into the very-high SCORE risk category following carotid ultrasound assessment than controls. This was independently explained by the disease activity.
