Green synthesis of SnO2-bentonite nanocomposites for the efficient photodegradation of methylene blue and eriochrome black-T

In this simple and safe procedure, the jujube acted as a naturally-sourced reducing agent. The biosynthesized SnO2-bentonite nanocomposites were characterized by various techniques such as SEM (scanning electron microscopes), EDX (energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy), TEM (transmission electron microscope), XRD (X-ray diffraction), FT-IR (Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy), and N2 adsorption-desorption to investigate the morphology, chemical elemental composition, crystalline size, functional groups and surface area of the biosynthesized nanocomposites. The supported SnO2 nanoparticles on bentonite were observed obviously in the SEM image of SnO2-bentonite nanocomposites. The EDX analysis of biosynthesized nanocomposites was well indicated the successful immobilization of SnO2 nanoparticles on bentonite. The average particle size of SnO2-bentonite nanocomposites was evaluated based on the TEM and found to be 18 nm. Conclusion: The overall incidence of VTE is 4% with more than half of events occurred after the stoppage of thromboprophylaxis highlighting the necessity of adopting an extended protocol. Independent predictors included older age, female gender, morbid obesity and preoperative thrombocytosis. These group of patients require particular attention for the prevention of this complication. Conclusions: Altered activity in the right TPJ supports a disturbance in self/other differentiation in schizophrenia, which could be linked with psychotic symptoms and affect social functioning in patients. Hyperactivity of the lateral frontal cortex for self- and other-reflection suggests the presence of greater cognitive demand to perform the task in the patient group.

Conclusions and RelevanceResults cannot be explained by group differences in DLPFC GABA or glutamate concentrations but, instead, indicate that schizophrenia disrupts the GABAergic facilitation of WM seen in healthy individuals. Results appear to parallel post mortem findings in suggesting that schizophrenia alters the distribution of different classes of GABAergic interneurons rather than producing a general deficit across the total population of neurons.
ConclusionsOur findings provide preliminary evidence that resting-state functional connectivity can characterize depressed PD patients and help distinguish them from non-depressed ones.
