This study demonstrates a clear impact of rapamycin treatment on both the molecular signature associated with senescence and the clinical signs of aging in the skin. These data support the idea that a reduction in the burden of senescent cells underlies these improvements. Conclusions: LAM is a disease that generates a very low rate of hospital admissions. It mainly affects women from 18 to 64 years old in our series. Obstruction to airflow is among the comorbidities most frequently associated with it. The in-hospital mortality rate was 3.85%.
