Multiple Sinuses of Valsalva Aneurysms Treated with Aortic Valve Re-Implantation Technique

A 66-year-old male was diagnosed as having an incidental large right sinus of Valsalva aneurysm (SVA) on transthoracic echocardiography when he presented with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. He had a normally functioning trileaflet aortic valve. Computed tomography angiography revealed a right SVA that measured 26  × 25 × 32 mm and a second left SVA that measured 8 mm in maximum diameter (Figure 1A, B).
