Prevent Cancer Foundation Fellowship Program Deadline: August 22, 2013 (5pm EST). The mission of the Prevent Cancer Foundation is to save lives through cancer prevention and early detection. Founded in 1985, the Foundation has provided more than $125 million in support of cancer prevention and early detection research, education, advocacy and community outreach nationwide. Any applications that do not meet these qualifications will NOT be reviewed. Who Can Apply -- Awards are limited to postdoctoral level applicants ONLY. Therefore, only graduate students who will have their doctoral degree before the project start date are eligible to apply. -- Postdoctoral researchers from non-profit institutions (including academic institutions) are eligible to apply. Researchers from for-profit institutions will not be considered.
