Knowledge of the origin of the food makes it taste better

(Faculty of Science - University of Copenhagen) Food we are familiar with tastes the best, but if we know where the food comes from and how it is made, it actually gets better, even if we don't think the taste is spot on. New research from the Future Consumer Lab at the Department of Food Science at the University of Copenhagen demonstrates this.
