M275 evaluation and treatment of pediatric atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome
A six-year-old male presented with one day of jaundice, hematuria. and vomiting. Patient denied fever, diarrhea, travel, new medications or foods. Physical exam demonstrated elevated blood pressure, petechiae, and hepatomegaly. He had no significant past medical history or pertinent family history.
