This web page provides toolkits about the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Emergency Preparedness Rule that give facilities that fall under the new rule an overview of the requirements for their provider type, as well as some sample templates that can be used in their planning efforts. Toolkits and workbooks are provided for Ambulatory Surgical Centers; End State Renal Disease Facilities (Dialysis); Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID); Long Term Care: Skilled Nursing Facilities; Home Health Agencies; Hospices; Hospitals; Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs); and Clinics, Rehabilitation Agencies, and Public Health Agencies as Providers of Outpatient Physical Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology Services.
