Plasma Exchange as Treatment for Osmotic Demyelination Syndrome: Case Report and Review of Current Literature
We report the case of a 23-year-old female presenting with ODS following rapid correction of hyponatremia, which was attributed to hypoalbuminemia, volume overload, and malnutrition secondary to ulcerative colitis.
