Dietary omega-3 PUFA improved tubular function after ischemia induced acute kidney injury in mice but did not attenuate impairment of renal function
In conclusion, n3-PUFA food supplementation altered the oxylipin levels significantly but did not protect from renal function deterioration or attenuate ischemia induced renal inflammation.
