Plaintiffs: Next Phase In Dupont C8 Case Should Include 2 Types Of Cancer

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Plaintiff Steering Committee (PSC) in the multidistrict litigation related to perfluorooctanoic acid (known as C8) on Oct. 16 filed a brief in Ohio federal court contending that the district court should adopt its proposed selections for the second multiplaintiff trial, which include both kidney and testicular cancer cases from West Virginia (In re: E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. C8 Personal Injury Litigation, MDL No. 2433, No. 13-2433, S.D. Ohio).
