ConclusionAutomatic quantification of myoclonic jerks using human pose and body movement analysis of patients’ videos is feasible and was found to be quite consistent with the accepted clinical gold standard quantification method. Based on the results of this study, the automatic analytical method should be further developed and validated to improve myoclonus severity follow-up for EPM1 patients.

ConclusionFrom the available evidence, FS meets more of the criteria proposed for an acceptable label than other popular terms in the field. This study found that 41% of respondents reported suboptimal adherence to AED therapy, while 28.5% of respondents self-reported that they unintentionally do not take their AED medication on an occasional, regular, or frequent basis. ConclusionThis is the first study to assess attitudes and practices of pediatric neurologists and epileptologists regarding sexual and reproductive healthcare for adolescent and young adult WWE. Our findings suggest that there is a need for development of improved systems for sexual and reproductive healthcare delivery and comanagement for adolescent and young adult WWE. Providers identified many barriers and facilitators that might serve as the basis for interventions to improve care.

ConclusionsWe show here for the first time that stimulation-induced associative memory enhancement was linked to increased theta power during retrieval. These results suggest that hippocampal stimulation enhances associative memory but not item memory because it engages more hippocampal theta activity and that, in general, increasing hippocampal theta may provide a neural mechanism for successful memory enhancement.
