Inhibition of Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid cells-1 impairs thrombin generation.

CONCLUSIONS: TREM-1 inhibition decreases thrombin generation and could be an interesting target for the development of new inhibitors of leukocyte-associated thrombotic activity.
