Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome in Traveler Returning from Nepal to Spain.

We describe a case of hantavirus pulmonary syndrome in a previously healthy traveler occurring shortly after he returned to Spain from Nepal. Serologic tests suggested a Puumala virus-like infection.
