Sensitivity and Specificity of Pathologic Findings to Diagnose Lupus Nephritis.

CONCLUSIONS: In conclusion, combinations of pathologic features can distinguish lupus nephritis from nonlupus glomerulopathies with high specificity and varying sensitivity.
