Protective effect of cyclosporine A in the treatment of severe hydronephrosis in a rabbit renal pelvic perfusion model

Conclusion: These results suggest that CsA can attenuate renal damage from severe hydronephrosis induced by renal pelvic perfusion in rabbits.
