High, M.D., Spark Therapeutics. Also recognized for their demonstration of successful clinical applications of adeno-associated virus vector-based gene therapy for hemophilia B are Amit C. Nathwani, M.D., Ph.D., UCL Cancer Institute, and Arthur W. Nienhuis, M.D., and Andrew M. Davidoff, M.D., St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
