Acute muscle hematoma in patient with hemophilia

What exactly do you do in this case. Guy comes in with leg weakness found to have an acute hematoma of the LT psoas muscle. I suspect compression of the nerves from hematoma. Hgb dropped by 3 points. Would you get IR to drain the blood to decompress the nerve??
