Botox injections, normally used as anti-wrinkle treatments, are now being used to calm erratic heartbeats

Doctors are using Botox injections to treat patients with an irregular heartbeat. The toxin is injected into fat pads surrounding the heart to paralyse the nerves triggering the faulty rhythm.
