Commentary: To Graft or Not to Graft a previously stented coronary artery: this is the question
The work by Luthra et al, is a further to answer on whether prior percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) can increase mortality after coronary bypass grafting (CABG) using a meta-analytic approach.1 Their results are not conclusive, but the authors suggested that an association between centres with higher rate of PCI and mortality may exist.
