ConclusionsHigh-pressure pneumoperitoneum causes significant rise in intracranial pressure in comparison to low-pressure pneumoperitoneum during laparoscopic cholecystectomy, which can be monitored by ONSD measurement by ultrasound examination and is totally non-invasive.
