Nurses union files federal lawsuit against Albany Med
The New York State Nurses Association has filed a federal lawsuit against Albany Medical Center, accusing the hospital of violating a federal human trafficking law.
The union, which represents the nurses at Albany Med, filed suit Tuesday in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
