Children ’s, UC Health hit milestone in 1-second cancer treatment
The Proton Therapy Center operated by Cincinnati Children ’s Hospital and UC Health has hit a significant milestone in researching the use of high doses of proton beams delivered at ultra-high speeds to treat cancer.
