Proceduralist gun for hire

I was brainstorming with a nurse the possibility of setting up a gun for hire, independent contract, proceduralist job, where a person gets called by small area hospitals to do procedures they cannot get done in house for whatever reason and it piqued my interest. What do you guys think of the possibility of making it viable? Conclusions: LMD is a devastating complication of cancer with reported survivals ranging from 2 to 4 months.
