Adherence Across FDA-Approved Medications for Alcohol Use Disorder in a Veterans Administration Population.

CONCLUSIONS: These results demonstrate that overall adherence to medication-assisted treatment for alcohol use disorder is low across all medications. This study examined the joint associations of PA and alcohol on all-cause, CVD and cancer mortality. Participants were recruited between 2006 and 2010 in the United Kingdom.
