Assessment of of Submucosal Injection of Dexmedetomidine on Postoperative Symptoms After Surgical Molar Extraction

Embedded third molar surgery is the most frequent procedure performed in oral-maxillofacial surgery (OMS). The purpose of this study was to assess the clinical effect of submucosal dexmedetomidine (dex) for the decreasing of postoperative edema, trismus and pain following surgical molar extraction.
