Effects of guluronic acid (G2013) on gene expression of TLR2, TLR4, MyD88, TNF- α and CD52 in multiple sclerosis under in vitro conditions.

Conclusion: Data demonstrated that the guluronic acid is able to modify the expression levels of TLR2, TLR4 and TNF-α genes to less than the pathogenic boarder line level, which it might be recommended for reducing the pathological process in multiple sclerosis.
