Systematically addressing family variables in comorbid psychiatric presentations with a brief transdiagnostic parent training across childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood

This presentation aims to introduce the use of brief transdiagnostic parent training (BTPT) with complex children, adolescents, and young adults exhibiting both internalizing and externalizing behaviors. Our goal is to demonstrate the value of enlisting parents to systematically target family variables in cases for which traditional forms of CBT may not be indicated.
