Family-based assessment and treatment in residency and fellowship training
This Workshop will describe in brief the current state of family-based assessment and treatment in general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry residency training. We will present the case for why more formal training in family-based assessment and treatment is worthwhile, and we will provide concrete solutions for training directors and faculty to take to their programs to integrate family therapy training.
