Eeg biomarkers of treatment response in developmental disorders

Biomarkers represent an objective measure of biological processes, pathology, or biological response to treatment and provide an appealing alternative to observation or report of complex behaviors associated with neurodevelopmental disorders. However, biomarkers are not currently well-integrated into the mental health care practice. This Symposium will provide 4 examples of research efforts to advance the use of biomarkers in the measurement of response to therapeutic interventions for neurodevelopmental disorders.
