2.58 stakeholder collaboration for implementing online anxiety treatment in two languages within pediatric settings

Only 20 percent of youth with a diagnosable anxiety disorder access care. Kids FACE FEARS is an RCT designed to test equivalency of an evidence-based CBT treatment program comparing face-to-face and online modalities in pediatric health settings in English and Spanish. Online delivery of CBT may increase access for families with limited flexibility for clinic visits or who experience other barriers to care. Planned recruitment of 1856 patients across 4 US regions makes this initiative to date the largest study of treatment interventions for children and youth ages 3 –18 years.
