Soy and Isoflavone Consumption and Multiple Health Outcomes: Umbrella Review of Systematic Reviews and Meta ‐Analyses of Observational Studies and Randomised Trials in Humans
ConclusionGenerally, soy and isoflavone consumption was more beneficial than harmful in this review. Our results support that promote soy intake as part of a healthy diet. Randomised controlled trials are necessary to confirm this finding.This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved
