Tumor Imaging Using Radiolabeled Matrix Metalloproteinase-Activated Anthrax Proteins

Conclusion: Taken together, our results indicate that radiolabeled forms of mutated anthrax lethal toxin hold promise for noninvasive imaging of MMP activity in tumor tissue.
