E-cigarettes are supposed to be safer than smoking yet they are being blamed for deaths

Terry Miller, 57, from Gateshead swapped his smoking habit for e-cigarettes months before he died from lung disease lipoid pneumonia. Doctors said oil from vaping fluid was on his lungs.
