1193PDAnalysis of tumour hyperprogression (HP) with nivolumab (Nivo) in randomized, placebo (Pbo)-controlled trials

ConclusionsIn this analysis, nivo was not associated with HP in the pbo-controlled CheckMate 451 trial. These data are consistent with the previous analysis of ATTRACTION-2, suggesting that reports of HP with immunotherapy may reflect some patients ’ natural course of disease.Clinical trial identificationCheckMate 451 trial: NCT02538666.ONO-4538-12/ATTRACTION-2 trial: NCT02267343.Editorial acknowledgementStephen Gutkin and Jay Rathi, MA, of Spark Medica Inc, funded by Bristol-Myers Squibb.Legal entity responsible for the studyBristol-Myers Squibb and ONO Pharmaceutical Co. Conclusions: Results reveals that developed nitrendipine nanoemulsion gel overcomes the limitation of low penetration and accentuate permeation through albino Wistar rat skin. It was concluded that nanoemulsion gel could be utilized as a potential carrier for transdermal delivery of nitrendipine. PMID: 31976777 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]

CONCLUSIONS: In conclusion, the potential for supersaturation in LBDDS, and the risk of precipitation, was found to be highly drug dependent. The apparent degree of supersaturation was considered a major factor impacting the ability to maintain drug supersaturation upon storage. PMID: 31975613 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]

This study aimed to offer a reference for the rational indications of AT.Methods: We retrospectively included 1216 stage IB GC who experienced curative surgery from the SEER database between 2004 and 2015. These patients were allocated into two groups: Group AT and Group surgery alone (Group SA). We established a nomogram to predict OS and then divided whole cohort into low-risk and high-risk groups based on the OS predicted by the nomogram. Results: Six variables, which were significantly related with OS of entire patients after matched, were incorporated in the nomogram. These variables were age, examined lymph nodes, tum...

In this study, we demonstrate the use of lipids as co-surfactants for the preparation of mixed micelles to improve the siRNA delivery of cholic acid-based block copolymers. Poly(allyl glycidyl ether) (PAGE) and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) were polymerized on the surface of cholic acid to afford a star-shaped block copolymer with four arms (CA-PAGE-b-PEG)4. The allyl groups of PAGE were functionalized to bear primary or tertiary amines and folic acid was grafted onto the PEG chain end to increase cell uptake. (CA-PAGE-b-PEG)4 functionalized with either primary or tertiary amines show high siRNA complexation with close to 10...
