Brain Death in Court – Sarah Lynn Jones v. University of Michigan
Tomorrow is a court hearing on Sarah Lynn Jones' petition to enjoin Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan from withdrawing organ-sustaining treatment from her 15-year-old son, Bobby Reyes.
The hospital claims that Bobby is dead. Jones disputes that.
