This study was conducted to address the dearth in works that simultaneously compare the growth and inactivation behaviors of selected pathogens in different milk products. Abstract The work synthesized the fungal chitosan (FCS) encapsulated Gynura procumbens (GP) mediated silver nanoparticles (GP-AgNPs) for enhanced antidiabetic, antioxidant and antibacterial activity.
